At Ink Gal, absolutely no guarantees will be made pertaining to results, and additional touch up sessions may be necessary to achieve optimal results. Additional charges will apply if a touch up is necessary. These procedures may possibly enhance your features but will not replace your brow or lip makeup. We give our highest efforts to provide the best service with high quality products but the artist does not have control on how your body will react and retain from the procedure. All healed results will vary with each individual.
A deposit will be required to book your appointment. All deposits are final and non-refundable. It is highly encouraged you read through our care and cosmetic tattoo information before placing your deposit. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in forfeiting your deposit. You may reschedule your appointment online before the 48 hour time frame without being penalized. You may reschedule one time only. If you attempt to reschedule within the 48 hour window, you will not be able to reschedule and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour time frame, we ask that you notify the artist immediately. If you attempt to cancel within 12 hours before your appointment or no show, an additional fee of $75 will be charged to the card on file. No shows will not have an opportunity to book a future appointment.
If you have had a previous cosmetic tattoo procedure done, we require that you book under ‘Brow Rescue’ and submit a photo for approval. If your photo is not approved, you will be notified through text or email and your deposit will be fully refunded to you. You may also email inkgal.booking@gmail.com for a free online consultation.
A valid form of identification will be required on the day of your appointment. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. If you reschedule an appointment after a price increase, you will be required to pay the current price. All transactions are final and there will be no refunds.
